This spacious, beautiful, first floor, fully furnished well equipped apartment is set on a landscaped complex. There is a Supermarket, a Pool Bar and a lovely Hotel next door that offers use of their extensive facilities too. Ample car parking space.

Set in beautiful surroundings with lovely views of mountains (which are forever changing colour and are quite mesmerizing) and the sea from the terrace, which has sun loungers, a wooden table, chairs and a barbecue.

You do not need a car, there is a bus that stops outside the main entrance every 1/2 hour, it costs only €1.15 each and will take you anywhere in Playa Blanca and Rubicon. All the tours on Lanzarote are catered for and will pick you up at Paradise Island Hotel (next door), where taxis are also available and very frequent, day or night.
